Hamann goes to the Premier League

According to official sources, former German international Dietmar Hamann is leaving Liverpool to sign for Bolton in the English Premier League.

Liverpool said on Tuesday that the 32-year-old midfielder would leave the club after making 283 appearances and scoring 11 goals. Bolton has yet to confirm the transfer.

We must mention that Hamann joined Liverpool from Newcastle in July 1999. He played in the 2005 Champions League final which Liverpool won on penalty kicks against AC Milan, after being 3-0 down at half-time.

According to experts, Hamann also played for Germany in the 2002 World Cup final, which it lost to Brazil, but was not part of Germany's 2006 team.
